Well there's several ways i can edit it , but probably a good idea if you actually read the post first.

It would also help if you at least attempted to spell words correctly. Fraz I epiccally failed. I came out with random letters.

well the way i kinda decoded the custom slots was by naming each a letter EG AAAAAAAA or BBBBBBBBBBBB. But sadly i don't know any colour codes as its coded.

Hex coding goes a-f and 0-9. Red green then blue hence the six letter placements. 00FFFF would be red. FFFFFF is white 000000 is black

What do you think you could do with something like Madden 09 or NBA Live 08. Do you think there could be any hacks for that (I sound nooby, as I am ignorant when it comes to hacks, but I'm wondering if you could do anything with that).
