No abusing it to get an unfair advantage in games is cheating. Sony aren't going to check what people are doing every time they ban someone. If you're online on 3.55 that's enough for them.

After about 1.5Weeks of being Banned, I am now back on PSN
Tons of reading, Tons of posting for help on various forums, and finally SUCCESS!!!
I did have to start over (PSN-Account Details)
