Special thanks to aerosoul94 for some mapping, and flatz for pfdtool

Gamsaves:
If yours is not working feel free to use mine. Which is WORKING and WILL work with the tool.

Brief Tutorial:
- File -> Open (select BLUS30190MC4_SAV folder)
- Select a car from the right
- Edit either pages 1,2, or 3 but be sure to save changes in bottom right corner.
- After editing all your cars you like.... File -> Save
- Done!!! copy your BLUS30190MC4_SAV folder to your flashdrive + play!
Note:
- Keep ALL 4 files in the same directory to use them right
- Run MCLA.exe (that's the program) ignore the other 3 files
- It requires .net framework 4.0 so get that if you don't have it
- It does work on ALL regions.. I just gave american as an example

Europe Saves dont work, random numbers and symbols on the side, hope u get it working for us soon
Update: The Cars do show up if u get a param.sfo from a us save and overwrite the one u have. Will be testing if it works.
#2: Does not work, shows up as corrupted even with right param.sfo
