1.Go on multiMan and go to settings then go to bottom and find and enable write access to dev
2.Go to multiMan File Manger and open your USB > dev_usb000
3.find the folder called PS3~dev_blind.zip and double click
4. it will promt you saying do you want to overwrite the files click yes
5.REBOOT your ps3 and your done

Confirmed working guys! Just follow the tutorial exactly as it says and you should be fine. Worked for me on ps3ita 4.50. Thanks!

when i do this it says install or extract i hit yes then it opens a new folder and does nothing i tried restarting and cant sign in

Yes, I enabled it. When I double click it, it says "INSTALLABLE PACKAGE: Do you want to Install/Extract the selected archive in the following folder? /dev_blind." I hit "Yes", then a box pops up for like a split second that looks like CMD or something. Then nothing else happens. I restart my PS3 and still can't sign in. Also, when I restart, dev_blind gets disabled again in MM. It doesn't stick when I enable it for some reason.
