(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NextGenUpdate Sin here and this is my tutorial on how to get custom game names and put symbols in them! Ok first you are going to want to have the game downloaded or backed up on your ps3 you can not have discs.
1. Go into a game start the campaign for 15 seconds and Save and Exit
2. Go to Filezilla and go to dev_hdd0/game/GAME NUMBER/PARAM.SFO
3. Drag the PARAM.SFO to your desktop
4. Open PS3 SFO Editor (You Will an error just press "OK"

5. Once it is open go to "Load" then load the PARAM.SFO from your desktop
6. Then you will see the game text in a little box

7. Change the text to your choice then press Save/Desktop/Overwrite

8. Now go to HXD Editor and drag your PARAM.SFO in from your desktop

Now I will put a link at the bottom of this tutorial for the hex editing symbols go there and you will see all these codes determine how many you want.
Ok Once you figured out the ones you want go back to the PS3 SFO Editor and if you want 1 Symbol put 3 spaces. If you 2 Symbols Put 6 Spaces and so on. Then again you save and then you go back to hex editor.

Now click where the arrow is and your mouse will be before the 20. Now type the Hex code you want (BE CAREFUL IN HEX EDITOR YOU CANNOT BACKSPACE IF YOU DO IT WILL CORRUPT YOUR GAME)

You see that the symbol or symbols that you typed took up the spaces that is whats supposed to happen.
(If you want to put symbols after the game name highlight the last letter then click after and type the symbol or symbols that you want)

Now press that button where the box is around and it will save it.
Now go back to Filezilla and drag your new PARAM.SFO in and let the file transfer.
Then exit out of your homebrew and start up the game that you put the symbols on when it loads up a little exit the game and then you will see the custom game name If this tutorial helped please leave a comment Thanks!

When i start the game it says you cant not play at the video output setting(80028F10)
