Post: Rebug 4.65.2 (Cobra Enabled) DEX Online 1 More Step!

Step 1: Make sure your spoofed to 4.66 already before even trying it.
Step 2: open up Rebug toolbox and change "Debug Menu Type" to "CEX QA"
Step 3: **I HAVENT SEEN NOBODY DO THIS** Under"Utilities" go down to the LAST option called "Change Active PS3ID"
Press "x" and select "USE EID5: 85 (CEX)" press "ok" after finished
Step 4: Go ahead and under debug setting turn on "Nav-Only NP"
And your good to go to sign in.
AGAIN NO OTHER TUT WAS WORKING UNTIL I USED STEP 3!! SO IF THIS FIXED YOUR PROBLEM THEN WELCOME IF NOT IM SORRY....
I guess it's time to get the hate comments and every modder mad..

i know how to fix it if your on dex. on dex you would go to debug settings and change enviroment from sp-int to np. but since ur on cex im not sure how u can do it.
