I really don't care if you comment "It's been posted 100 times" because I haven't saw this if so link me and I'll delete the thread! I don't know if anybody else had an issue but I know I did and this fixed it..

Step 1: Make sure your spoofed to 4.66 already before even trying it.
Step 2: open up Rebug toolbox and change "Debug Menu Type" to "CEX QA"
Step 3: **I HAVENT SEEN NOBODY DO THIS** Under"Utilities" go down to the LAST option called "Change Active PS3ID"
Press "x" and select "USE EID5: 85 (CEX)" press "ok" after finished
Step 4: Go ahead and under debug setting turn on "Nav-Only NP"
And your good to go to sign in.


AGAIN NO OTHER TUT WAS WORKING UNTIL I USED STEP 3!! SO IF THIS FIXED YOUR PROBLEM THEN WELCOME IF NOT IM SORRY....

What error message do you get when you try signing in to an account though? Do you have skype?
