Yea, with every firmware that has a normal 4.66 spoofer installed. CEX and DEX, if you're on ITA you can also use the 4.60 spoof from CFW Setup 4

I'm guessing because the tool is CCAPI compatible it would allow a CEX ps3 to get online also.

no because 4.70 spoof for cex doesn't exist an 4.70 will ask all cex ps3s to update..

I am online right now on CEX. What purpose would the CCAPI capability serve if only a DEX ps3 was able to be spoofed on 4.70.

Not only that. They also released the way on how to play create a Spoofer for every cfw :P
Im pretty sure enstone uses what ITA released :P
