So let's get started!#1 How to place avatars you downloaded into your account!
Things you will need for this:[/SIZE]
[/b]How to
[/center]Go into a FTP on your ps3.(ex. Rebug toolbox) Then open filezilla on your PC and connect to your ps3. Go to DevHdd0>home>your account>then make a folder called psn_avatar>place the avatars you downloaded into the psn_avatar folder you made. Done 
#2 How to convert from CEX to DEX
Things you will need for this

What to do
Step 1. Install Rebug 4.65.2 Rex from your usb to your ps3 by going to system updates via storage media
Step 2. Go into rebug toolbox
Step 3. Find Dump_eid_root_key and select it and click yes. screen will go blank and after 10 seconds you will hear 3 beeps and the system will re-boot
Step 4. back into rebug toolbox & go to the DEX&CEX column (Second from the right) and select Rewrite target ID in flash. Select yes. the screen will go blank but come back on
Step 5. go up one to Swap LV2 Kernel. It will say it requires a restart.
Step 6. after restart go into rebug toolbox again and go to information and you should see DEX

Shit that is one quick way to go to DEX!!!
I've seen videos which take like 40 minutes lol
