I am new to Java programming, so be neat
With this little program you can control and spoof your CID (for playing GTA for example) on any OS!

implying as if ccapi isnt a shitty version of tmapi..he created something to run on OS that ccapi nor tmapi run on.. just because its has the same features desnt make it something thats been created..
