What an absolute pointless app. YOU CAN NOT SET AN IDPS TO ALL 0'S. For a long time now.
It may look like its doing it, but the last valid console ID entered is still in memory.

So this makes me think that this is just a IDPS Stealer.

Its pointless, so why take the chance.

Changing an IDPS while logged into PSN tells SONY that you are a CFW and you WILL get banned within a matter of time.
