Most gta tools are bles and all bo3 tools are bles. I had to change my gta to bles to be able to mod. And today I thought let me play some bo3 but what do you know there is no blus version tools for bo3. I wanted to learn to code but in the Us most the modders want to keep things to themselves and when you try to learn on your own the us tut are missing info and are very lacking. For example I watched a tut to see how to input offsets into a game through ccapi but you also need the input which the tut doesn't tell you how to get. Now I know for some the answer is easy but for those just learning it's not. So if you google how to get the answer for this problem you get nothing. Lol the good tuts are not even in english. So with that said we have to do better. If you are good at this but plan on stopping or not doing as much in modding you should pass the torch and show others. Also come on guys somebody make a blus rtm for the bo3 section it took long enough to get a antiban now there is no tools or menus on this site or any other. I know ps3 is suppose to be dying but it's not dead yet! Let me know what you think about this issue and how you see this affecting the ps3 scene down the line also flowing over into the ps4 scene? because in this community if you don't share it hurts everyone in the end in my opinion.

You can just use ps3tools and open the game SFO where you can edit the BL code in plane text though? That's what I do if I want to change a game region.

And I think the topic of oldgen modding dying in general is more relevant than regional based stuff... This console is coming on for 10 years.

As long as you have the ps3tools kit or just the Param SFO editor (quick google search) then you can just take the SFO file from the game you want (dev_hdd0>game>BLXXXXXX) and drag it into the application, you can free edit and re-save it from there.

There are still good devs out there. And yes i am one, i code all day everyday. Sometimes working on projects is just slow going. Im not sure why this is even a topic, tools that are made well enough are not gameid specific as none of my content is. When you get games from "places" there not always in your region so not every dev has a copy of the game from there specific region. most of my games are BLES and i live in NM,USA. And sharing is not always good, this scene is full of a bunch of disrespectfull selfentitled thiefs. I share content and not my tools. And the community is dam lucky to even recieve that. This may be why you see less publically from devs like myself-Death_Dealer

Well I don't leak If you wouldn't mind having a trusted customer I would like to be a tester for some of your tools and even buy some.

So you just change the blus SFO id into bles SFO id and it's done or is there more?
