When I try to install any cfw (trusted and from here) it installs the says it "The data is corrupted" I bought this ps3 for jailbreaking and I am going insane because I can't figure out how to install cfw

Make sure you are installing it from the recovery menu + you are in OFW 3.55 Smile

hi I got a question too, do you need to jailbreak your ps3 before you can use the mods? and so yes how do I jailbreak, I've the updated version 4.60 OFW

simply buy a 3.55 ps3 from ebay then use google or ngu as your friend to guide you in the ways of modding.
