Boot your ps3 into recovery mode and reinstall your cfw.

Thats what im trying but it keeps saying my data is corrupted :/

Are you on CEX or DEX?

put your ps3 into safe mode when your ps3 is shutdown hold the power button it will beep then hold power button again till you hear 3 rapid beeps take your hand off power button your ps3 will ask you to plug in usb cable it will check hdd drive it will say corrupted i can play games that lagg bad like fallout 3 or vegas for 8hours
