Is freezing always going to be a problem on Modded ps3 or is something wrong with my system?

Also, When it does freeze is it best to Rebuild Data, somebody told me that and just making sure?

Nah you dont need to Rebuild Data and maybe you are freezing because of the eboot you are using (if you are using a modded one)..
