what game? what menu? . For sprx install eboot in game bles/blus (number) and install sprx in tmp. If its a tmapi theres tutorials on youtube. if its to ccapi they are very laggy often. But just setup ccapi.

For rtm tools try to use 2.60 ccapi. There is update files doe.
