Download and install the goty version. this can help with using PC mods. you can use textures, scripts are anything.
You can even place into folders like this "SC
T" and so on. Incase you dont have BSA file.
use esp, and using pc tools to join the update.esm with your own esm files.
but you need goty and place mods into DLC folder.
Here is a starter file that has some mods applied and alot of extra mods.

This also contains a really cool GUI shortcut script that you can edit to your own comfort and colors.
And others like lookpick pro, CategorizedFavoritesMenu, Levelers_Tower and Midas.
Also something really cool added is the Multi-Utility v6.1
