I got a big problem and I don't know if I can fix it..

The problem is when I try to turn on the ps3 it beeps 10 time then shut off.
I think I got this problem because I flashed my ps3 to cex/retail. I did it 2-3 time before with out problem, but this I did not close Multiman and turn off the ps3 I basically click the option Close Multiman and Restart PS3.
I though the problem was in the HDD I did change the HDD, but with out sucess.. and I cant enter in recovery mode..

Any help will be nice
ps:I dont have E3 Flasher or any kind of downgrader.

Never heard of a PS3 beeping ten times Does it shut off with a light signal?

I turn it on after like 2-3sec it starts beeping and it shut off after like 2sec.
I dont have yellow light. It goes from red to green and then red again (Like a normal ps3)

you needed to do a Backup BIOS .bin dump with a E3 Flasher so you can fix it. If you dont have the .bin you are screwed

By backup BIOS do you mean flash dump? If so I got CEX flash and DEX flash.

CEX dex flashes are okay. just rename the cex flash to bkpps3.bin

No, you cant just rename the flash, because the e3 flasher cant read them, you have to byte reverse the cex flash with flow rebuilder then rename it to bkpps3.bin solder a wird somit stays on then flash it with flash fun and reinstall cfw
