I have a jailbroken ps3 thats on 4.50 ita and i cant seem to get online, becausemy ps3 is missing a dev_blind folder.

I looked around to see what I could do and I cant continue without it.
Help me Please!!

(Not sure if its important, but I watched this video to figure out how to get to 4.60 but I still need the blind folder.)

go on to the actual youtube video and in the description under the video the file is there just put it on a usb and follow the steps in the video
