NO DLc is needed.

It has a 3 playthrough all the wapons and a lot o money
its on the 3rd chapter so you can also make the dead space 2 vacuum cleaner trophy witch is missing for the platinum.
i dont know what other trophys will pop so you can test it.

You can play the modes Hardcore and zealot.. they are unlocked.
but to get the trophys you have to finish the game on those modes.
