Update : Delete the patch before loading the save for all trophies to pop (41%)
You should update your post bro. I mess a little bit with your save and found all a way so you don't need to delete that game update. All you need to do is resign BOTH the file, YES the autosave and the Gameoption and disable internet connection and start the game and the trophies will pop up. Tried and tested by me and some NGU user who replied on my post of sleeping Dogs saveset.

The US version of game option save is always corrupted when I load the game. I can load the autosave, but you mentioned that without the option save, the stats trophies won't pop up.
I deleted the patch already, but I only get some of the trophies, not all the ones you listed.

OK I got it to work after I took your EU game options and changed the region and resigned it.

I am error
I have a issue with the profile save, whenever I load it on my ps3, on the main menu of the game it says it's corrupt and it makes a new one... I've already resigned it and everything.

I used xploder at the time to resign my platinum save. However I do use bruteforce also. Ensure you have the secure file id for the game prior to resigning
