This trophy does not unlock with this save. You would have to start a new game and play up till Act 3.
"This trophy will pop sometime in Act 3 if you've killed all types of enemies. To melee you just run up to an enemy and press . There are really only 6 enemies to my knowledge that you can melee kill:
Engineers (Act 1)
Shotgunners (Act 1+)
SMG enemies (Act 1+)
Stungun enemies (Act 1+)
Blade (melee) enemies (Act 1+)
Commando (gun) enemies (Act 3+)"

thats the biggest bull ive ever heard, its not just not true, in fact its a big fat whopper,....telling peole to waste their money on a sucking game thats allegedly comparable to cod bf cs is unbelievable. What cheek!
