There was another posting from albert2wesker but it was deleted. So thanks for sharing this with us and I too can confirm that this is a save file that gives you the plat by entering the game menu in pop on load format.
I tested it on a dummy account before using it on my own account to get the last few I needed to plat. There need to be more ps3 save files that do this!!!
