Small question, I read that there is a save that allows you to buy all the DLC outfits in the game. Is this savefile one of them? if so does that include the US pre-order DLC outfits?

I try with the GHOST unlocked save, but say it is for another user... ( i change .sfo in brutalforce ).
Help please.

Works with OFW but must use it with ps3 resigner or xploader and simply resign and undo the copy protection.
