there is no checkpoint in FileR-06.u have to acutally beat Sam without taking damge on Hard or above diff.
it requires some skill but not so much.take ur time to perfect the timing for block and attack and u will be fine.

I found a super easy way of beating Sam (Doubt I was the first but I haven't checked) you may need to download the save from vashyron21s thread or you just chapter select act 6 and put it on hard.
Make sure you have the infinite ripper wig on.
As soon as the battle starts you'll want to press R3 + L3 for ripper mode, run at sam and spam him with square. A slow mo parry will happen and he will fall to one knee, when he's on one knee, you'll want to hit him in the air.. the combo is up twice on the analog stick and then square. Hit him as many times as you can. After doing this one time he should have about 75% health remaining.
As soon as he lands you'll want to run off using ninja run, run off but not much just enough so you can slide at him. Sprint at Sam and press triangle for a sliding hit as soon as he parries it, hit him with square to make him fall to his knees again. Then from there you'll want to hit him in the air and then rinse and repeat.
I'm fairly new to this game (started last night) so I'm pretty sure anyone can do it.
If I could record it I would and show you but I don't have the equipment. It will take a few tries to get used to it but it definitely is a lot simpler this way.

Ok, slightly pissed. Just managed to pull off a no-damage battle against Armstrong, and my health didn't drop once below the beginning 190% of the save file at the start of the save set, and it didn't give me the No Damage bonus. WTF?
Edit: Ok, I stand corrected. Either I took a hit my first run and the nanopaste auto used itself or my finger might've slipped and pressed the down on the d-pad and used it, but I just managed to do another run and lo and behold, final result was the trophy for no damage, followed by Stormbringer and my Plat. Thanks a TON to the providers of these save files.
