there is no checkpoint in FileR-06.u have to acutally beat Sam without taking damge on Hard or above diff.
it requires some skill but not so much.take ur time to perfect the timing for block and attack and u will be fine.

Yes at the beginning just get a high combo with ripper mode and blade mode (90-100) and every time he is green cut him in the back and use blade mode. As soon as he is out of range click back on ripper mode (L3+R3) and go at him. Last hit just knock him down with forward, forward (kick/Triangle PS3) and then combo again. Rinse and repeat.
Also if the above does not work try downloading the save and start fresh. For some reason I had to. I think it was saving at the check point after I died three times and restarted. I am not sure but hope this helps.

Thanks for the help, the tactic worked like a charm
Finally got the s rank and after the battle the trophy unlocked. I guess the combo was the deciding factor, this time I got a 400+ combo with blade mode.
