For that you need to upload the save , take the ultimate diary in front of you for published, beat the fireman using the Hand-Held Minigun ( it's necessity for the trophy gunslinger ) next load the chapter sundown or other and kill shrimp with claymore and THROWING KNIFE

I am gonna reply to your post coz I was on same boat. There are two Save data thread and that you need to go through and see the posts if someone can confirm that it's working for your region. First you need to understand the bruteforce process or xploader ( If you bought it). You can go to youtube or search the guide in order to RESIGN the savedata to be compatible with your game.
There three many possiblities and you need to work around according to that -
A) Your game is US region Disck/Digital
B) EU region digital/Disk
C) Asia Region
Also if it's OFW or CFW ( Search google if you don't know what mean )
Once you understand the process for RESIGN, you need to create a folder or copy from your existing game's save data into PEN DRIVE. You should have a folder PS3>SAVEDATA>**Your downloaded file**, just copy that downloaded file into ps3 and boot up the game..now you should see all those chapters that was completed by someone here.
For instance, you need to kill 100 enemies but now you only need to kill 1-5 ( depend on game progress ) usually person here try to mention in remarks, like you can see above that you need to kill only 1 or few more and then trophy should pop up.
Sometimes savefile does not work due to various reason but we all here try to use and share our experience which trophy will pop or there are some files needs to modify.
Hope this will give you some idea.

If your primary language is not English, it's fine. You can look up on Youtube if you don't understand "Resinging" but if you do that it shouldn't be the problem. It's just a matter of understanding this process.

Does anyone knows what is changed on the PLUS download version (digital one). I can not get any save to work. I changed the save to be exactly the same with mine but nothing.
