. Before you resign these saves ensure that you have deleted your patch and any add ons that you may have downloaded, once you resign the saves the game will ask you to update to 1.05 DO NOT UPDATE once you get past that stage the game will ask you to sign in again do not sign in.
UPDATE: THESE SAVES WORK WITH PATCH 1.07 AS CONFIRMED BY SOME NGU MEMBERS

i downloaded patch then started with the simulating saves, then when i tried to use the save for first win nothing popped after winning, even when i deleted all saves the trophies didnt unlock, however i used now all the saves for winning champions league, cup winner,... and the first winning trophies popped with them, just in case someone else got same problem as me
also not sure if you know but there are 4 different trophysets for this game

.Performance Training Master Gold Trophy
Load up the save & choose training>Performance training>Basic>Low pass, complete the objective & the trophy will unlock.
First Win: Exhibition Bronze Trophy
Head over to Match>Exhibition match>clubs/national teams, then choose a team of your choice, win the game for the trophy.
First Win: Champions League Bronze Trophy
Head over to Match>Exhibition match>champions league, choose your team & win.
First Win: UEFA Europa League Bronze Trophy
Head over to Match>Exhibition match>Europa league, choose your team then win.
Copa Libertadores First Win Bronze Trophy
Head over to Match>Exhibition match>Copa Libertadores, choose your team & win.
First Win: AFC Champions League Bronze Trophy

From past experience of using PES saves I think its best to do it without the patch/updates/DLC's. I am fully aware that you don't need a save set for "win your first match in blah blah mode" however as this is a platinum save set I thought ill make this noob friendly as possible also the trophy performance training master is the option file so I thought I might as well add a description as to how to get the said trophies but thank you for your observation.
Update: I have noticed on psnprofiles that some users have unlocked trophies in the exact same order as mentioned in this thread so the point im making is gamers are following my noob friendly thread :yes:, so even though there is no need for a save set as you so politely mentioned this goes to show I am doing something right
