sounds like you have a problem with the games configuration file..is it still intact

So I'm having a major issue with Doom 1 saves for BFG. I can resign other games and get them to load fine. But I mustve messed with these saves and even my own saves with Brute Force and I'm constantly getting the 80029207 when I try to load in game. I mustve resigned these saves about 50 times or so ans get the same error everytime... This is with me even Brute Forcing my OWN Doom saves. Not having problems with any other games. Just Doom. Can anyone help?
