Hello.
These are my saves for One Piece Unlimited World Red. BLES02020 (NPEB01995) version.
After using them you can get most of the trophies including the most time consuming - Quote Keeper.
All saves are BLANK'ed so you can use them with OFW (i think so) and without resigning.

Quote Keeper - Pop up on load
Communicator - Use [Item Word] once
Chatterbox - Use [Item Word] once
Power of Words - Enhance any Word once

-- Skill Trophies --

Made of Rubber - Use "Deflect" once
The Sword Master - Use "Cut Down" once
The Cat Burglar - Use "Steal" once
The King of Snipers - Land one attack in "Sniper Mode"
The Master Chef - Use "Cookstrike" once
Panacea Maker - Use "Create Remedy" once
The Archaeologist - Use "Read Tablet" once
The Shipwright - Use "Place Cannon" once
The Soul King - Use "New World" once
Good Timing - Will come naturally
Miracle Comeback - Will come naturally

* You can finish quest from East Blue quest level

Helpful Neighbor - Just finish any quest
Jackpot! - Scratch one card
Rookie No More - Just finish any quest
Rivals - Just finish any quest

Yummmmmm - Eat one dish
Self-Sufficient - Harvest once
Apothecary - Craft once at the pharmacy
Artisan - Develop once at the factory
Money Maker - Go to the Museum and take your money
Mornin'! - Say hello once
High Flyer - Use Gum Gum Rocket once

* At first sell one of each bug (animal) and fish at the general store

Insect-Catching Phenom - Catch one bug (animal)
Fishing Master - Catch one fish
Nature Lover - Catch one bug or fish

-- Misc Trophies --

I'll Take You All On! - Defeat one enemy
Rambler - Run a little
Well-Off - Go to the Museum and take your money
Eagle Eye for Items - Destroy one barrel or crate
Final Episode Complete - Talk to Pato. Then finish the game
Height of Piracy - Talk to Pato, Then finish the game

You Heard Me!! - Go to the Inn and expand all buildings
Budding Development - Go to the Inn and expand all buildings
Build Master - Go to the Inn and expand all buildings

Unfortunately these trophies can't be transferred to another account (at least i can't do this)
so you should work on them by yourselves:

So I got the first one to work somehow on Bruteforce, but when I try to work the second save, it keeps failing param.sfo, or if it passes that it fails console id. Anyone able to help me out? I don't like to ask for help but I've tried every which way for a few days and can't seem to figure out the issue.

If you're able to please let me know otherwise I'll just to have to find a way.

Are you resigning propertly? Do you have bsd configured correctly? Sounds like you don't but I'm not sure. I've never had that problem

I grabbed a save from my PS3 of another game that I play on there, and used that to assign it to the first profile on bsd, and then I took the second save on here, and changed the ID/region as I have a US PSN version and it created another save. Is there something I'm missing, because thats what I did for the first save and it seemed to work fine, but I'm having issues with the second save.

Did u change folder to. And pram fife as well.

I did change the folder, when I update the ID/region the param.sfo changed the title as well to the US version

Copy everything from. Other to yours. But don't copy pram file. And then resign then your done
