I collected some saves and put them together, and since the "great" YnO deleted his save set, I decided to make a complete save set of MGS2.
In the folders you'll get 2 files, which are important : DATA.BIN and MASTER.BIN, you need to overwrite these with your save (paste over).For the VR missions be aware than you must finish a VR mission for the Piece of Cake trophy to make it look legit.Then use the save for 50 VR, and finally the save for the 500 VR.
I don't take credit for these saves.Most saves are converted from X360 saves (YES!!! they do work, I tested myself).
Unlock trophies on PSVita
1.Create a save on PS3 on patch 1.03 while connected to PSN
2.Copy the save to USB
3.Replace DATA.BIN,MASTER.BIN and PARAM.PFD (some save don't need the latter file) from my save to yours
4.Press Update in KG Resigner
5.Copy save back to PS3
6.Go to transfarring menu
7.Remove cloud link on save that has missing data
8.Link save to cloud
9.On PSVita go to load game (connect to PSN before) and let the save sync
10.Load the save and do the action to get the trophy.

Trophies that are not included :
- Hurt Locker - This is at the very beginning, just hide a body in a locker.
- No Boss of Mine - You need to defeat every boss after you completed the game.Use the save provided, which has the Boss Battle unlocked.
- Piece of Cake - Just complete 1 VR mission.

Nevermind that plea for assistance. I managed to find the old save file (The one with a minimal amount of health) and finished the game with that one. Again thanks for all the great saves to everyone who made them possible.

Sorry to have jumped so late on this train, I tried everything legit at first.
Great set ! The Great Dane save worked like a charm !
However I'm having problems with the virtually impossible one. I do exactly as you say: Copy my missions data from ps3 to external HDD (FAT32), plug in my pc, overwrite the .bin and PARAM.pfd folders and plug it back to my PS3. It's just that when I try to copy it to my PS3 it says: data corrupted and then the error code (Error 8001051C). I tried both with 1.03 installed and uninstalled, both without any luck. Any Ideas (I'm Belgian (PAL region) so that shouldn't be the problem) ?

You must play 1 VR mission, save, copy save to USB and replsce files with that save.It MUST be a VR save!

Thanks for the quick reply man, unfortunately that wasn't the problem.
I got it to work though, using an older version of KG's save resigner seemed to do the trick
And thanks again for the saves, I would've never finnished the VR's without it !

I might be stupid but, I used the transfarring thing to upload a save (from your set) from my PS3 to my PSVita with MGS3 and it worked. Thanks again!
But, when I'm trying to do the same thing for MGS2, the save on my Vita is exactly the same as the save on my PS3 even if I replace the save files...
Did I miss something?
1. I've created a new save on my PS3, connected to PSN. (I don't link the save to the cloud at this moment)
2. Then, I copy the save to my USB drive
3. I copy the save files from your set to my own save folder (but, when there is no PARAM.PFD, do i have to delete mine too ?)
4. Update with KG
5. Copy back to PS3
6. Link to cloud (But, on MGS3, the transfarring menu was dealing with a broken link to the cloud, like you say in the first post, not here)
7. Link on Vita

Try creating save on PSV, transfar to PS3, unlink from cloud, copy save to USB replace files, resign, transfar back to PSV.
