Well not became they were the USA versions but at the time was usin true blue and the saves became EU. Unless I'm mistaken.
I need to obtain an eboot for the USA PSN version (NPUB31594)

ok folks here is a US mgs tpp starter save with a modded EBOOT....NOTE these are version 1.0..
eboot has no reload, inf ammo, inf sup, inf health, inf GMP (only while creating), max materials on sale, max heroism on get, invisibility....i converted and added so i take no credit for these codes
as for save (needs resign), max GMP 500000, max heroism 999999, and refined materials are max 300000 each, with a few medical plants at max 3000 each...
first 3 missions are done..i havent tested it as i didnt have time...ddog is found as he was pretty much on my lap when i started...save reads as Npub, i have disc...so the blus maybe worthless....enjoy...
both save and eboot are in the file
