ok but mine doesn't have CFW anymore but it does have modded MW2 CL patch and WAW CL patch and WAW Modded zombies

3.60 wasn't for banning Custom FirmWare Users, it was to add the online storage ability for PS+ Subscribers and add the automatic controller power off feature.
