Plug a USB flash drive into your PC
On the USB device, create a folder called PS3
Inside that PS3 folder create a new folder called THEME
Find a theme you want to download (Theme.p3t)
Save the theme into the THEME folder on your USB device
Then go to theme options in XMB settings. And press install theme

It looks like the first 8 are proper dynamic themes, a mix of premium and free.

I could get 4 to work, Prince of Persia (premium), Make Believe (free I think), Heavy Rain (premium) and AngelSenki (not sure what it is).

Others are in a weird format that seems to require Jailbreak to work
