I'm trying to buy a PSN account with high BO prestige lvl, other than the risk of losing my money to a scammer what else should i worry about?
-Why do i need to the dob of the account?
-Why do i need sec questions of the account?
-what if seller doesn't know this info?
-What other info do i need so the seller cant take the account back?

well all you have to know is the birthday cause you can do password change using email
