You can get "Frequent Flyer" trophy with this save.
The campaign has already 75,810 km, so you need only 690 km.
To achieve this fast, you can go to Free Mission and select MiG-31B. This monster is the fastest aircraft in the game and with its upgraded parts, you can reach to the speed of 3,650 km/h at high altitude.
Choose mission Long Day (for few clouds purpose) and pull up to the highest altitude possible and hit the afterburner (R2) at the center of map.
To ease your achievement, change your control mode to standard and put a rubber band around your controller's knobs.

Thank you but... decryptioin key?

I don't get what you mean "decryption key?".
But if you mean how to use this save, you have to use SaveWizard for PS4 software to Re-sign the save to your PSN account.

What Anselmo Ricci meant is that we can't download the save as it asks for the decryption key so could you please post it?
