Wonder why Alt + F4 doesn't work for you. It should just instantaneously re-region to your specified region.
Strange. I'd try to find any viruses on your PC, if there is none. It's definitely a fraudulent software.

save ffxv jap is 4.50 and work in xploder, me resign and work, only problem is later test change region , file danage

Only way to re region is with save wizard so using xploder wont work as xploder only supports 4.50 and below saves.

Hes Save is a 4.50 save but he tried using both softwares

Which I’m assuming he didn’t or he would of used the guides the previous users linked to.

Didnt check if it had advanced mode for that CUSA of the game i only seen it has cheats for that CUSA but thats all i know maybe a list somewhere with all the games that are possible for re regioning ? People wont start questions about that anymore then if they know what games work and what games dont
