Yeah, Geohot would got fucking sued by sony and would never attempted anything to do with sony. Anything that messes with PS4 would get absolutely penetrated.

Actually because of this licence, as long as the modder gives credit to sony and freebsd then sony can't really do shit. Maybe something along the lines of piracy or something. But people will not get sued because they hacked the ps4, it will most likely be because they allowed other users to conduct piracy.
