hello guys
sony has relased new version for ps4 called Shingen update
and we know there is an coming jailbreak for 3.55 and we need to stay in this version
i'm using charles web debugging proxy
i used Psproxy program and it didn't worked for my i dont know

1- install charles web from charles web site (trial version for 30 days ) or patched version for lifetime like me 
2- you can use DHCP RESERVATIONS LIST from your router/modem you can stick with you ip
3- open charles and go to help then local ip address ( it show your ip adress ) you need this to use it in proxy on your ps4
4- go to proxy then proxy setting in charles and change it to 8888 like me

5-go to your ps4 setting and set up internet connection , select custom - next next next in last part use proxy in first one inter you local ip adrees in in second inter your proxy setting 8888
6- and test your internet if your get error your doing in a wrong way reboot your ps4 and test it again ,
7- look at charles proxy program it well popup an widows tell you to allow or deny ps4 . chose allow
and test internet conect you well see some thing like this
