I know the value is a 4 byte 24bit Medint value due to the PC version of the game however I can not manage to find the value using cheater even searching all areas with unknown initial value and slowly increasing it and still couldn't get the right address. If anyone could help me it would be wonderful however I can not manage to find the NGU discord anymore.
