Sadly this save set will not work for you then. If a game is supported by Save Wizard AND has Advanced Mode enabled, then you can use Advanced Mode to change the region of a game save from one CUSA to another, but unfortunately Save Wizard does not support any Dishonored games. Meaning, you can use SW to resign Dishonored saves from one account to another, but you cannot change CUSA and you cannot add cheats (whether SW-created cheats or your own custom cheats).
