Welcome to the world of San Andreas, where nothing seems to go right as you need it to. Today I'll be bringing you a collective of saves from amongst NGU, all of which will be US 4.70 & 5.50 - CUSA03506.
None of these saves are edited from the original state, but each one below will be told & described as for what to do. Credits are below.
Trophies that are earnable:

1) 5.50 Story Saves + Misc:

This is only one save but has numerous slots setup for different trophies. Load saves slots, 2 8 7 6 3 1, in order for them to look legitimate.
Save Slot 2 - Home Run:
Load the save drive over to heart icon. Take Denise out to the bar (wine glass icon), & drive her back home, when she offers to let you inside respond positively, should be right on the D-Pad.
Save Slot 8 - All Dressed Up for San Fierro:
Finish the mission for "Green Sabre" then the trophy should pop, no cheats.
Save Slot 7 - School's Out & The American Dream:
Drive to the S icon on your map, on the way you can buy the house that is marked with the greenhouse icon on your map, then continue on to complete your last school at the S.
Save Slot 6 - Get a pump & Represent:
Go to the Gym (barbel icon), do a few curls inside the gym & "Get a pump" should show up. "Represent", get at least $8,000 for this, that way directly after you can spend $6,969 on clothes.
Metrosexual:
This doesn't refer to Save Slot 6, its a recommendation for any of the other ones like Save Slot 3 when you complete Ya-Ka-Boom-Boom. It can also be achieved with the platinum save as well. Go to the Las Venturas region then go to Victim & buy:

Torso - Gray Jacket ($1944)
Legs - Jean Shorts ($1200)
Chains - Gold Chain ($660)
Watches - Silver Gnocchi ($3600)
This will total to $7,404
Save Slot 3 - What happens in Las Venturas... & Metrosexual:
Complete the Yay Ka-Boom-Boom mission.
Save Slot 1 - Savior:
Go to any hospital & take an ambulance, click R3 to start the missions.
2) 4.70 - Platinum Save:

You can use this for all of the Firefighter, Savior, & Vigilante missions, as for Taxi just find any random Taxi Cab & do 1 more fare.
Firefighter, Savior & Vigilante Missions:
Vigilante Mission Glitch Method:
- The Los Santos Slayer (Reach a kill count of 4000) unlocks after 1 more kill
- Serial Offender (get arrested 50 times) unlocks after 1 more arrest
- Double or Nothing (Put the max bet on red or black) Go to the casino in Las Venturas and put max wager on red or black, continue until you win.
- Yes, I Speak English (complete 50 taxi fares) Complete 1 more Taxi fare.
- Metrosexual - pops after you go the clothes store and spend more than $6,969 on clothes, can be earned with the "Story Saves + Misc".
Go to the Las Venturas region then go to Victim & buy:
Torso - Gray Jacket ($1944)
Legs - Jean Shorts ($1200)
Chains - Gold Chain ($660)
Watches - Silver Gnocchi ($3600)
- Hustle Some
Go to Las Venturas & find go to any bar with a pool table. Play the game until you win.
- Assassin
Find your victim, while crouched approach the victim, CJ will approach them with the knife raised, press O & CJ will kill them earning you the trophy.
- Horror of the Santa Maria
Just jump in the water & don't leave until your health bar depletes earning you "Horror of the Santa Maria".
3) 4.70 - A Legitimate Business:

There's only one car left, "ZR-350". It's inside the San Fierro garage, either in the gas station or repair shop. Pick up the car & drive it to the dock then the trophy should pop.
4) Platinum Save with 99.47% with last remaining Horseshoe, & 100%!

For me, it's the satisfaction of having 100% completed. Nearly every version of this game has a 100% save. Except for PS4, I thought that if the iOS & Android versions could get it, why does the PS4 have to be much harder?
When you load it without cheats it'll basically still let you earn trophies, so it'll be the best kind of platinum save you can get.

Gotcha - I assumed the trophy list would be a bit more like GTA3 and Vice City, so my question was a bit different and also based on wrong information. I completely understand wanting to 100% even if you don't need to.
I would have thought you could use cheats in this one and still get trophies, since you can in 3 and Vice City. Odd. Not in terms of the decision but in terms of the inconsistency.
But I also would have thought there would be a trophy for achieving 100%, as in the others. Also odd.
Making the wrong assumptions I made, I was more wondering why you'd be looking to platinum an old game like this - guessing you've played it at least once before - without the use of cheats if they allow cheats to get that 100%, especially considering how grindy it can be. But again, based on wrong assumptions about both platinum requirements and cheat codes / trophies.
Back in the PS2 days I would have certainly done the same thing, and did. I put in the time to 100% this game several times and never would have touched the cheats. But trophies have changed my gaming a good deal. I'm probably going to want to move on as soon as I'm done, and if I did decide to go for 100%, I'm positive I'm going to throw on those cheats the second I'm able. I hated those bike races so if there's a handling cheat...
