pharmacie trophy - the save is around 3 quests before i got it
100objectives + 100quests trophy - the save is around 10 objectives before 100 and 1 or two quests for 100 quests (use x3 multiplier dog when doing the quest)

do you maybe have a save for the 10k caps trophy? I just can´t manage to unlock it no matter what, even with a fresh save etc. I assume the time skip somehow messes with the stats or something. How did you unlock the trophy?

Didn't test them - i was just glad that i saved these saves at the right time..
Just in case: you set the date to the correct date?
