500 Kills trophy - the save is around two quests before i got it
pharmacie trophy - the save is around 3 quests before i got it
100objectives + 100quests trophy - the save is around 10 objectives before 100 and 1 or two quests for 100 quests (use x3 multiplier dog when doing the quest)

I used the saves for "smooth talker" and "big pharma" from this thread (from fenicce). They work, it´s just that they are not optimal and it takes more conversations/meds than stated. I think it was approx 6-8 conversations and 40 meds each. They work 100% it just takes longer. For the 500 kills, just start from scratch and grind it out you make 20-30 kills per quest so it doesn´t take that long. I think there is no save providing this trophy here. Just wish I had a 10000 caps save because I seem to be the only guy on the world who can´t unlock it with the time glitch even after 50k =(

Use the fixed raiders save from the US Saveset. It has 95 objectives completed.

You can´t re-region as you said yourself, just download the US Version of the game.

Are they sharing the same trophy list? Whats the point of getting an hard trophy for the us game alone?

They have 1 list but you cant use a US save on a EU game or a EU save on a US save simple go to the playstation website make a account and just change the country to whatever you want and then download the game on there

North and South America is US and Europe , AUS and some arabic countries is EU

Yes, there´s only one shared list for all regions. So you can use the EU and the US version/saveset and work on the same list.
