pharmacie trophy - the save is around 3 quests before i got it
100objectives + 100quests trophy - the save is around 10 objectives before 100 and 1 or two quests for 100 quests (use x3 multiplier dog when doing the quest)

In other threads I've noticed that you need to change the dates before using each save?Is it neccessary?

The game can glitch out when your system clock is set to a date/time that is earlier than the one from the save. So let´s say the save says June, 11th 9 am than just put the system clock anything later than that even if it´s just June, 11th 9:01 am.
