That Works but theres no actual save data on the file like no auto saves or manual save game data

Yeah. Like the guy before said, there's no save data on that file. It seems to be just the save file for the settings and not the actual game data. Hope you can fix this soon cause I would really like to have this save for easy starts on this game.

Yeah i see the problem if you own the game you can get your save and remove the sde_sdmemory file and replace it with this one if this file is storing the progress then it must work this way
