I made some saves for [EU] Nioh: Complete Edition [CUSA07123]. Tested on my dummy account.
Here are the saves.
Save #1.
1. Sword Master.
2. Dual Sword Master.
3. Spear Master.
4. Axe Master.
5. Kusarigama Master.
6. Odachi Master (DLC1 Dragon of the North).
7. Tonfa Master (DLC2 Defiant Honor).
Learn mystic arts for each weapon.
Save #2.
Dungball Roller.
Give last dung ball to NPC.
Save #3.
1. Master of Quality. Defeat boss and orochi scale will drop, take it.
2. Teamwork. Complete Greater Demon Hunting mission in Kinki Region two more times.
Save #4.
Regular Smith Customer.
Make few requests for Murasama at blacksmith.
Save #5.
1. Samurai of Legend. Complete final mission in dojo.
2. Onmyo Magic Master.
3. Ninjutsu Master.
Learn mystic arts for onmyo and ninjutsu.
Save #6.
1. Spa Lover.

2. Kodama Leader.

3. Friend of Guardians.
If you continue playing the mission you can obtain last guardian after defeating boss - samurai.

1. Will of the Sanada (DLC2 Defiant Honor).
Defeat samurai in the camp.
2. Battlefield Guide (DLC2 Defiant Honor).

Save #10.
1. Wrinkly Soaker (DLC3 Bloodshed's End).
Use You must login or register to view this content. to find last hot spring (#4 in playlist).
2. The Ultimate Guide (DLC3 Bloodshed's End).
Use You must login or register to view this content. to find last kodama (#24 in playlist).
3. The Sinister Arts (DLC3 Bloodshed's End).
Continue playing the mission and destroy last two portals.
Also you can earn many other trophies with these saves, just play the game.

What specifically is confusing you? Your game's CUSA needs to be an absolutely exact match for the CUSA of the save you want to use. Otherwise if possible - and it is not always possible - you would need to use Save Wizard's Advanced Mode to re-region a game's save. That is not possible with Nioh I don't believe.
If you don't know what CUSA you have, there are two ways to check. If you have the digital version of the game, go to your PSN store online and look for the version of Nioh you have. If you have Nioh: Complete Edition look for that. If you instead purchased Nioh by itself - even if you also purchased all of its DLCs - then look for Nioh and NOT the Complete Edition. While I'm not positive I do think they have separate CUSA codes.
After you navigate to the PSN store page for the correct edition, you should be able to see your CUSA code directly in the URL. Note that this only works if you have the digital version since physical versions sometimes have different CUSA codes. And also make sure it is your regular PSN store since it will vary depending on your geographical location.
If you have the physical version OR digital version of Nioh, copy a Nioh save from your PS4 onto a USB stick. Look at the USB stick in a PC and find that savegame. If there are multiple save saves on that stick you should be able to identify it by the datestamp. The exact folder it is in will have a CUSA number.
If your exact CUSA number is 07123, then this thread has saves you can resign. Otherwise, make note of your CUSA, search the PS4 save forums for Nioh, and look for the ones with your exact CUSA number. If you come across a thread with no CUSA number, check the download, and also please make a reply in that thread saying that the title should be fixed, and the next time I'm on I'll see your reply and will fix the thread title.
