The completionist save would probably be the best, but I think because I already earned the trophies on it, they won't pop again.
I can confirm on that save they do not pop. About how far in did you earn them? If you can remember.

Try the Completionist save. Cant believe i missed a save.
Perfectionist trophy is not work on the Completionist save. I replayed Sequence 6-2 but nothing happens. Thanks
The Perfectionist is the same save as In Good Standing (Notice how the folder is called “In Good Standing -- Perfectionist“)

No i have only played the main game for AC3. (Not Liberation or TOKW)

An Extraordinary Man to get the last activity, scan the blacksmith, to reset time of day, start beginning of sequence 6 and then abort mission.

He isn't there all the time. Start 6-1, and abort it so it resets the time of day. Then look for him in homestead. Rinse and repeat until you find him doing an activity you can scan.
