I'm confused. I see one profile save and one manual save. BL2-PROFILE and BL2-SAVE-SAVE000E. Where are you seeing another profile in this download? There are two PC files per PS4 download - one with a .bin extension and one without any extension - but Save Wizard, like your PS4, will read them as a unified PS4 save file.
Your game would only be able to have one profile save at a same. Same with your USB stick. If you resigned two saves of the same name, even if they started out in different folders or different ZIP files, then the second one overwrote the first. That assumes I'm understanding you correctly, though, which would mean that these are save files with the same name, the profile.
Thank you for your accurate description, yes, the save overwrote the other. I'm sorry but I'm still a huge noob about this wonderful world of cheats and re-sign, I've just bought Save Wizard last January.
One day I should read a lot more topics on this website to learn more, stay more on Discord's server and play a little bit less lol

No reason to apologize. Anytime anyone starts something new, they are learning. That includes people who are now seasoned pros.
