My save with a bunch of trophies, mainly the cleanup ones. Quite time consuming to replay certain chapters just to get them so I've made it easier, saved just before.
Saves are all over the place but below is guidelines and what to do with each save.
You could probably get the few HARD difficulty trophies using chapter select.
Some saves has multiple trophies you can get.
Save #3 Chapter 3:
Heavenly Dart Player
Turn around and play darts. Beat the high score.
Save #2 Chapter 6:
Cleanup Crew
Pick up the material.
Save #1 Chapter 7:
In Lockstep
Do the 3 levers mini game to unlock the secret door.
Save #4 Chapter 14:
The Johnny Experience
Talk to Johnny, this will complete his quests.
Peeress of Pull-Ups
Go into wall market gym and beat Jules at the pull-ups mini game.
Save #5 Chapter 14:
Divine Gratitude
Pickup the item on floor.
Save #6 Chapter 16:
Building Character
Kill an enemy in a Combat simulator match with Cloud.
Intelligence Agent
Head outside and talk to Chadley,
Defeat final summon in VR.
Staggering Feat
Fight the Fat Summon in VR, use Tifa's triangle spamming to make it easier to reach 300%+stagger.
Save #7 Chapter 8:
Crate Annihilator
Play the mini game and earn over 30000 points.
Save #8 Chapter 9:
Disc Jockey
Talk to singing guy to receive the final music disc.
Sultan of Squat
You can head across the road to the gym and challenge Jules for the squat trophy if you haven't done so
Best in the Business
continue to the Colosseum and complete the special match. You will speak to Madam M afterwards.
Returning Champion
If you haven't done so, turn around and play a free match for the other trophy.
Dancing Queen
Continue with the story, do great at the mini game for Dancing Queen trophy.
Dressed to the Nines
After the cutscene you will receive the final outfit.
Save #9 Chapter 10:
Weapons Expert
Use Tifas ‘Chi Trap' ability in the battle ahead.
Save #10 Chapter 14:
Whack-a-Box Wunderkind
Simply get 30000 or more on HARD mode.

How to use them: rename each folder to CUSA07211, zip it, and use savewizard to resign it to your profile.

Could just be me but Weapons Expert won't unlock, its the only trophy I need for the platinum 
*EDIT* Load chapter 9, you'll load infront of the singer. Start > System > Chapter Select > Chapter 17. Arieth needs lustrous strike and Tifa needs chi tap, run through the start of the level until you reach Chadley then load up fat Chocobo VR mission to get the trophy.
